Swanson Construction & Development Co. was founded by Alec and Xienna Swanson with a simple belief: the place you call home deserves to be treated with the same care, attention, and respect we would expect for our own.

For us, the name Swanson means something. It’s our family name, and putting it on our company means putting our reputation behind every project we take on.

As the founders, we’re a husband and wife team and parents to three children, so we understand that a home is much more than walls, finishes, and square footage. It’s where families grow, where everyday life happens, and where some of the most important memories are made.

That perspective influences the way we approach every home we’re trusted to work on.
